Nigel Farage, leader of Ukip comments to Europhonica the proposal of Donald Tusk, President of teh European Council, to give a four year brake on migrant benefits in “Brexit” deal.

“This is a little bit of fiddling around of the edge in a few flowery words. Tusk's proposal means almost nothing, David Cameron should throw his hand up in the air and surrender and support the out vote campaign”
